When Will I Receive My Order?

We usually process orders within 1 business day, but in some cases it can take up to 2 business days. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping method you selected.

For example: If you select UPS Ground Service, expect 1-3 days processing time + 1-6 days shipping time. Therefore, you'll receive your order 2-9 business days after you place it.

  • Niketown.com does not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States.
  • A business day is Monday though Friday, except holidays.
  • Some products take longer to process than others. The above table serves only as an estimate.
NIKE iD orders
As soon as you place your NIKE iD order, it is sent to one of our manufacturing facilities. Your newly designed product is then scheduled, materials are prepared, and it is assembled. You can expect shipment in about 3-4 weeks. Your order will be delivered via UPS Ground Service.

Please Note: Your credit card will be charged prior to the shipment of your NIKE iD order.
