• We strive to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt at the warehouse.
• Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
• Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
• Gift-packaging charges cannot be refunded.
• If you find an item you have purchased from a nike.com website at a lower price at the same or a different nike.com website, a one-time price adjustment will be made if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment.
