Returning Niketown.com orders

We design Nike products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.

Other terms: Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Price Adjustments: If you find an item you have purchased from a nike.com website at a lower price at the same or a different nike.com website, a one-time price adjustment will be made if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Return Procedures:

  • Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
  • Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to Niketown.com at:

  • Please note: Nike facilities do not accept hand deliveries
  • Alternatively, you can take your package to any Niketown, nikewomen, or Nike Factory Store.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Nike will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • After 30 days, Nike + iPod Sport Kits and Apple iPod® nano must be unopened to receive a refund or exchange.
  • Nike Factory Stores cannot accept returns on Apple iPod® nano or Nike + iPod Sport Kits
