How to place an order


Placing an order on Niketown.com is easy. Just follow these simple steps.


Finding Products
By using the menus on the left-hand side of the page, you can browse Niketown.com by gender, category, and type of product. You can also search for a specific item by using the "search" box, located in the upper left-hand corner on every page of the store. To access more information about a product, click on the image, the name of the product, or "more info" and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

Using The Shopping Cart
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, and then click the "add to cart" button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the "return to shopping" button to continue browsing, or click "check out" to complete your order. Remember, by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can place your order with one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-806-6453.

Purchasing
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, check "Remove." Be sure to let us know if an item is a gift by checking "Gift." Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Shipping and Billing
Once you've clicked "CHECKOUT," you'll need to provide your billing and/or shipping information, (be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Niketown.com gift cards, and Niketown.com product vouchers. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. If you're using multiple cards or vouchers, place a comma between the numbers. Review and Place Your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Place your order" button. Once you place your order, you will see a confirmation page with your confirmation number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail message when your order ships.

Enabling Cookies
You can still browse the store without enabling cookies, but in order to add items to the shopping cart and to check out from our store you need to set your browser to accepting cookies. To enable cookies in your browser, find your browser from the list below and enable your cookies so you can check out from Niketown.com. The help menu tells you how to set your cookies if you do not see your browser listed below.

If you don't want to enable cookies, you can place an order with us over the phone by calling 1-800-806-6453, (5am - 10pm PST, 7 days a week).

  2. Select "Advanced" from the left-hand menu
  3. Select "Accept All Cookies"
  4. Click "Ok"
