Nike iD Returns


We design Nike products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

NIKE iD merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund. If you need to return your NIKE iD product please follow the instructions below.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

For NIKE iD orders purchased online at NIKEiD.com:

Send your product, including your first and last name, reason for return and your NIKE iD order number to:

Alternatively, you can take your package to any Niketown or Nike Factory Store.

For NIKE iD orders purchased from a Niketown or nikewomen store:

Your order must be returned, along with a copy of your receipt, to the store where it was purchased. To locate store addresses please visit our store locator at http://niketown.nike.com/niketown/info/locator.jsp

For NIKE iD Timing products:

Please follow the 30-day return guidelines shown above. For warranty or repair information after 30 days please visit www.niketiming.com.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return address on any package sent to Nike. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and NIKE will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. We are not able to process exchanges for NIKE iD products.
